Saturday mornings, 07:45

We run these sessions every Saturday morning at 7:45am. These sessions run for 45mins so we encourage you to arrive 15mins early so you can kit up whilst we give a safety brief.

These sessions cost £7.50 per person.

Wednesday evenings, 19:00

William works shifts so these are adhoc. Please keep an eye out on our socials for when these sessions will be going ahead.

These sessions run for an hour but again, we encourage you to arrive by 17:50 Please do not arrive later than 18:00 as the gates will be shut.

These sessions cost £7.50 per person.

Group sessions…

We are excited to offer private group sessions. This could be for a group of friends in training or sports teams, etc.

Please contact us with your preferred weekday to meet and a rough idea on numbers. We will check William’s shifts and get back to you with specific dates.

Prices are as follows:
Up to 10 people - £70
Up to 20 people - £120
Up to 30 people - £150

Individualised gym programming…

If you would like coaching or guidance for your training outside of classes, inside the gym then Will may be able to help. He offers 2/3/4 or 5 individualised programmed sessions a week with check ins, demonstration videos and on hand support.

The programming price varies from £30-£60 a month depending on how many sessions you opt for a week.

Individualised swim coaching…

If you would like to develop your open water swimming, Rob is a trained indoor and open water swimming coach. He qualified for his outdoor swimming through the 2-Time world open water swimming champion and Olympic silver medalist, Kerri Ann-Payne. He therefore can offer 1-2-1 individualised swim coaching sessions down at the quarry.
